Classic Outlook on a Windows computer
Use this guide for Classic Outlook, which has the File menu at the top left.
Step by step
Follow these steps
Open the account screen
Open Outlook. Click File at the top left, then Add Account.
Choose to enter the settings yourself
Type your full business email address. Click Advanced options and tick Let me set up my account manually.
Choose IMAP
Click Connect. On the next screen, choose IMAP.
Fill in Incoming mail
Use fusion.mxrouting.net. Enter 993 for the port and choose SSL/TLS for encryption.

Use the same server name, fusion.mxrouting.net. Enter 465 for the port and choose SSL/TLS for encryption.

Click Next. Type your email password and click Connect. If there are separate incoming and outgoing username boxes, use your full email address in both.
Check your new inbox
Finish the remaining prompts. Send an email to another account you can open, then reply from that account. Check that the reply arrives.

Keep in mind
Sending fails
Recheck SMTP authentication, its username and password. If using port 587 instead, select STARTTLS; do not leave SSL/TLS paired with 587.
Avoid changing or removing existing accounts
Add this mailbox separately. Keep existing accounts and local archives until you have confirmed your mail is safely available.
