Mail on a Mac
Use the Mail app that comes with your Apple computer.
Step by step
Follow these steps
Open Mail
Open the Mail app. In the menu at the top of your screen, click Mail, then Add Account.
Enter your business email address
Type the full email address we gave you and click Continue. If you see a list of email providers instead, choose Other Mail Account.
Enter your name and password
Enter your name, full business email address and email password when asked.
Enter the server details if asked
Choose IMAP. For both incoming and outgoing server names, use fusion.mxrouting.net.

Follow the remaining prompts. Keep Mail selected if asked which apps should use the account.
Try sending and receiving
Send an email to another account you can open, then reply. If both messages arrive, you are finished.
Only if the connection does not work
In Mail, click Mail, Settings, Accounts, then Server Settings. Turn off Automatically manage connection settings for the section you need to change. Set incoming to 993 with TLS/SSL and outgoing to 465 with TLS/SSL. Use your full email address and password in both sections, then save.

Keep in mind
Earlier macOS releases
Older Mail versions open directly to a provider list. Select Other Mail Account there. The newer flow asks for your email address first.
Optional outgoing credentials
For this service, outgoing authentication is required. Fill in the SMTP username and password rather than leaving them blank.
